Obtained your very first sewing machine and have no idea where to start? Then bring your machine and supplies to this class to learn! Topics covered will included: parts/pieces of the machine, set-up for the machine, basic machine care, and sewing your first stitch. You’ll walk out of the class with a firm understanding of the basics for your machine and a cute little felt monster you sewed all on your own.

Machines: most basic sewing machines are accepted for this class. If yours is older or more obsolete, please let the instructor know ahead of time!

Ages: 13 and older accepted. Kids 10-12 allowed with adult supervision. Not just for kids! You’re never too old to get into sewing.
