We’re offering a quick and very useful project for kids and their grown ups. Many children have a hard time fanning out their playing cards, especially when playing games where they keep accumulating cards (looking at you, Uno draw 4 card ?).

What we’ll do:
Learn about safety when sewing a project
Learn how to thread your sewing machine and wind a bobbin
Cut circles of quilting cotton and fusible fleece interfacing
Use an iron to attach the fusible interfacing to the quilting cotton
Sew a basting stitch
Learn how to pull gathers
Attach buttons

Who this class is for:
Children (and their grown ups) who are wanting to learn how to sew and would like a quick and easy project to take home and use.
