Lecture and Trunk Show with appetizers. Ever thought about using your serger for quilting? You’ll see different serger techniques that you can apply to your quilting projects, making them unique. It is so easy to piece your fabrics together, or join them with a decorative stitch and even apply binding. Yes, you can do that! How about quilting your projects on your serger? Using fusible thread makes applying binding so much easier. How about a piece of fabric that has been quilted (on your BERNINA Long-Arm?) and then adding some serger techniques?

June 12 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM $49.99 – Includes a light lunch
Textured Elegance: The Belt Loop Pillow Event
This pillow will add some pizzazz to any room in your house. The texture side panels are created using a fabric that shrinks and is placed behind the main fabric pieces when stitching. The BERNINA belt folders add another decorative element to the pillow. These can be used with many different techniques and projects. Add a narrow gathered stripper fabric and a beautiful ruffle! The pillow can be made in any size of your choice.
