Irish Whiskey Caramels and Caramel Sauce - March 3 - 2pm
In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, we will be incorporating Irish whiskey into our recipes! Learn how to create soft, chewy caramels laced with whiskey that melt in your mouth. You will also learn how to prepare buttery smooth caramel sauce that is so rich and luxurious; you won’t be able to resist eating it by the spoonful! This sauce is especially scrumptious served over ice cream, apples, and cheesecake. Come prepared to celebrate the luck of the Irish!
