Bread Making Basics Feb 23 5:30pm – 8pm

Wendy has been baking bread for over 30 years. In this class we will explore the basics of bread making, taste 2 different breads and make a dough to take home and bake. Recipes will be share for all three breads. Students should wear an apron and have hair tied back if appropriate. All materials are included in the price of the class
